Composition : Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate INN 300 mg Tablet.
Indications : This tablet is indicated in combination with other antiretroviral agents for the treatment of HIV-1 infection and also indicated for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.
Dosage and administration : For the treatment of HIV-1 or chronic hepatitis B:
The recommended dose of Tenofovir is 300mg once daily taken orally with or without food.Please see prescribing description for more information.
Use in Pregnancy and lactation : There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women. Tenofovir should be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed and after careful consideration of the risks and benefits.
